We take pride and joy in bringing visitors to undiscovered parts of Italy and connecting them to the local community, culture, sights and, awesome food! All of our tours can host a maximum of 4 people to provide you with the best experience, suited to your taste. We currently operate in the North East of Italy, in an area called Friuli-Venezia Giulia, about an hour’s drive from Venice or Trieste.

Hidden food landscapes: Hills, ancient abbeys, wine, prosciutto and medieval cooking

3 full days - 4 nights

This trip is for wine lovers and those who want to explore the region’s rich and ancient land. You will visit the area’s top agriturismos – characteristic farms that produce and sell their own signature produce- participate in wine tasting in medieval abbeys and meet micro producers of delicious native desserts! There is also a chance to have a fish barbeque in an ancient fisherman villages situated in UNESCO listed site and learn how to make pasta, the ultimate Italian dish!

The trip is lasts 3 full days and it includes cooking classes delivered by local cooks, visits to wineries that include tours and tastings, and meeting small micro food entrepreneurs.

Accommodation is provided in local farms that meet the highest standards. All meals, transportation, airport pick up (Venice/Trieste) and full time English tour guide are included. The tour can host a maximum of 4 guests.

Secret Alps: Cheese, gnocchis, tiramisu and herbal beer

This trip is for people passionate about cheese and beer. You will visit remote mountain villages and cheese farms, taste beers produced with locally grown forest herbs and visit the home of tiramisu! You will savor speciality e prosciuttos seasoned in local mountain micro-climates and attend cooking on how to make gnocchis.

The trip is lasts 3 full days and it includes educational visits to mountain cheese farm to understand how cheese is made, beer tastings and walks to agriturismos hidden in some of the most beautiful alps forests.

If you want it all this is your tour! It combines the best tastes and experiences of mountain cheeses, wines, tiramisu, prociuttos and so much more! Accommodation is provided in old mountain houses and local agriturismos that meet the highest standards.

The trip is lasts 4 full days and it is probably the best deal for people who love food and local culture. In 4 days the tour spans from the Oriental Alps to the Adriatic sea in the Venetian coast. It includes educational visits to wineries, cheese farms, local micro food entrepreneurs and fisherman. It also includes cooking classes such as pasta making and tiramisu tasting.
